Setting up your 4G Clinical Help Center Account
注册您个人的4G客服中心账号
New to the 4G Clinical Help Center, click Sign In on the top right of the page.
注册新账号时，请点击画面右上角的 “Sign In （登录）”。
The screen will display two options as shown below
画面底部将出现两个选项
Select ‘Sign up’ to create your account for the 4G Help Center to enter your first ticket with Client Excellence. Please fill out the form below, and we'll send you a welcome email so you can verify your email address and sign in.
请选择 “Sign up （注册）” 注册您在4G客服中心的账号，可用来向客服提交您的第一件工单。请填写账号内容，您会收到一封来自于4G的欢迎注册邮件，请验证您的邮箱地址并登录。
Have you received an email from Client Excellence with a ticket number? Select 'Get a Password' to receive an email to get further instructions.
您是否收到来自于客服的邮件？请选择 “Get a Password （获取密码）” ，可收到一封含有更多指南的邮件。
The 4G Clinical Help Center will allow you to view your study support tickets and add comments.
您将在4G客服中心查看您的工单并添加评论。
Sign Up; Enter your full name, your study email address/username,
注册：请输入您的姓名，您所在项目的邮箱地址/用户名
click to confirm ‘I’m not a robot’ and then click “Sign up”.
请点击 “I’m not a robot （我不是机器人）” 和 “Sign up （注册）”。
You will receive a welcome email to verify your account and sign in.

Returning to 4G Clinical Help Center
回到4G客服中心
Click the ‘Sign In’ button on the top right corner of the screen to open the Sign In window.
Enter your information and then click ‘Sign In’.
请点击画面右上角的 “Sign In （登录）”，登录页面将会出现。
请输入您的信息并点击 “Sign In （登录）”
View My Tickets
查看我的工单
Once successfully Signed In
成功登录后
click on “Go to My Activities”
请点击 “Go to My Activities （我的行动）”
to access your tickets and those you are cc'd on.
进入您的工单和将您添加为抄送人的工单。

Signing Out of the 4G Clinical Help Center
登出4G客服中心
In the top right corner of the screen click your name and select ‘Sign out’.
请点击画面右上角您的用户名并选择 “Sign out （登出）” 。
Trouble With Your Password
遇到密码问题
Need a new password, click ‘Sign In’ at the top right of the page to open the Sign In page.
Click ‘Forgot My Password’
需要更新密码时，请点击画面右上角的 “Sign in （登录）”，打开登录页面。
请点击 “Forget MyPassword （忘记密码）”。
Enter your email for your 4G Help Center account.
请输入您的4G客服中心的邮箱地址。
Go to your inbox to locate the forgot password email sent to you by the system.
请查看您的收件箱并找到系统发送给您的忘记密码邮件。
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
请按照邮件内的指南重置密码。
Login in with your new password.
请使用新密码登录。
