How do I ‘Sign In’ to the 4G Clinical Help Center?

No more digging through emails, all your tickets are in one place!
You can submit a request to Client Excellence, update and review your existing tickets.

Setting up your 4G Clinical Help Center Account

New to the 4G Clinical Help Center, click Sign In on the top right of the page.


The screen will display two options as shown below

Select ‘Sign up’ to create your account for the 4G Help Center to enter your first ticket with Client Excellence. Please fill out the form below, and we'll send you a welcome email so you can verify your email address and sign in.

Have you received an email from Client Excellence with a ticket number? Select 'Get a Password' to receive an email to get further instructions.

The 4G Clinical Help Center will allow you to view your study support tickets and add comments.


Sign Up; Enter your full name, your study email address/username,
click to confirm ‘I’m not a robot’ and then click “Sign up”.


You will receive a welcome email to verify your account and sign in.


Returning to 4G Clinical Help Center

Click the ‘Sign In’ button on the top right corner of the screen to open the Sign In window.

Enter your information and then click ‘Sign In’.


Once successfully Signed In click on “Go to My Activities” to access your tickets.

Signing Out of the 4G Clinical Help Center

In the top right corner of the screen click your name and select ‘Sign out’.




Trouble With Your Password

Need a new password, click ‘Sign In’ at the top right of the page to open the Sign In page.
Click ‘Forgot My Password’



Enter your email for your 4G Help Center account. 


Go to your inbox to locate the forgot password email sent to you by the system.
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
Login in with your new password.
