Help signing into your account

Signing into your RTSM account

To sign in, you will need your email address and password. 

  1. Go to the RTSM login page.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click the "Login" button to access your account.

Reset your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the login page.

  1. Go to the RTSM login page.
  2. Click on the "Forgot Password?" button.
  3. Enter your email address and click the "Submit" button to request a password reset email.
  4. Check your inbox for an email from noreply@4gclinical.com or prancernoreply@4gclinical.com. The email subject line will be "[4G] Password Reset Request".
  5. Click on the link in the email to reset your password.
  6. Create a new, strong password and confirm it.
  7. Login with your new password.

No Active Studies or Sites

After signing in, you may encounter the message "No Active Studies or Sites" if your access is restricted. Visit the page No Active Studies or Sites for information on the reasons your account may be restricted.
