After signing in, if you encounter the message "No Active Studies or Sites", it means that your account is restricted for one of the following reasons. Your CRA or Study Manager will be able to assess the cause and provide more information about when you will have RTSM access.
- Your user account lacks access to any sites or studies. Your account might have been created without the necessary permissions or may be missing access to a specific site. Contact your CRA or Study Manager to request that they edit your user account to grant you the required access.
- Your site is closed. Users cannot access a site if the site is closed. Contact your CRA or Study Manager to request that they edit the status of your site.
- The study is not active. Before a study has been activated or after a study is closed, users can no longer access the study. Contact your CRA or Study Manager for more information about the study activation and closure timeline.
