‣ Creating a New User Account

New Account Creation

New accounts are created by the study team directly within the RTSM system. User Management is role-based within the RTSM, so the roles with access to manage your account is dependent on your role in the IRT.

Below is the most common setup of the role-based User Management:

  • If you are a Site User or Pharmacist: reach out to your CRA or Study Manager for account creation and management.
  • If you are a CRA or Study Manager: reach out to your Study Manager for account creation and management.
  • If you are a Depot Manager or Supply Manager: reach out to your Supply Manager for account creation and management.
  • If you have another role: reach out to your Study Manager or IRT Manager for account creation and management.

Please Note: 4G Support is not able to create new user accounts.

 


What happens when your account has been created?

When your account has been created, you will receive an email from noreply@4gclinical.com with subject line [4G] Account Activation. For more information on activating your account, check our section Activating your User Account. 

 


Not sure if you have a user account?

There are two ways to confirm if you already have a user account:

  1. Attempt to Reset your password from the login page. You will only receive a password reset email if you already have a user account. For more information about resetting your password, visit the Help Signing into your IRT Account page.

  2. Reach out to the study team based on the role-based User Management guidance in the New Account Creation section of this page. These users have access to confirm and manage your user account.
