‣ Activating your User Account

Account Activation Email

After your account has been created by the study team, you will receive an email with a link to activate your 4G Clinical user account. The subject line of the email will be [4G] Account Activation. Click the activation link in the email to set your account password. 


Setting your RTSM Password

When accessing the ‘Set a New Password' page from the activation link, your email will be auto-populated. Type a new password and re-type the same password in the second box to set your account password. The SUBMIT button will be visible once a valid password has been entered twice.

Below are the criteria for setting a valid password:

  • Password must contain at least 8 characters.

  • Password must contain at least 1 number.

  • Password must contain at least 1 lower case character.

  • Password must contain at least 1 upper case character.

  • Password must contain at least 1 special character.


Token Expired

If the activation link is no longer valid, the system will display ‘Your token has expired’. A link is displayed to request a new email. An email with subject line [4G] Password Reset Request will be sent to your account with a new link to set your password.

 


Can't Find the Activation Email? 

If you're unable to locate the account activation email, it is typically because your account has not yet been created. Reach out to the study team for assistance with Creating a New User Account


After Activating your RTSM Account 

Once your account has been activated and password set, use the login page to sign into your account.
