‣ How to Submit a Data Change Request (DCR) with Client Excellence

  1. Navigate to our 4G Clinical Help Center via https://support.4gclinical.com/hc/en-us

    1. At the top of the page, there are 3 ways to submit a request. 

      1. Webform - A form will appear for you to fill out with the details of your request. Once submitted, the form will be routed to our support team for review. 

      2. Chat - Connects you to a Client Excellence team member directly for messaging. A Data Change Request and the required details can be submitted over chat.

      3. Call - Connects you to a Client Excellence team member directly for urgent requests.

        1. Please Note: When submitting a Data Change Request over the phone, our Client Excellence team still requires written confirmation of the request. You may provide the details of the request over the phone, but you will still need to sign into the 4G Clinical Help center and submit the request for documentation purposes.

  2. From your IRT Sign in page, you can select ‘Support’ or the ‘?' in the upper right hand corner of the page and then select 'Contact Support’

    1. The same options as above will be present for you to submit a Data Change Request. (Call, Chat or a direct link to our 4G Clinical Help Center)

  3. From your IRT Sign in page, you can select ‘Support’ or the ‘?' in the upper right hand corner of the page and then select ‘Chat with Support’

    1. This option will open a chat with our Client Excellence team, directly.
